Bridal Shop Talk

Shortly after I proposed to her, my then-fiancée and I sat down to plan our wedding. In truth, she did most of the planning with her mother and I did a lot of nodding. Still, I managed to contribute a few solid ideas. Foremost among them was the thought to purchase a wedding guest book online and to lay it out for our friends and family to sign before the ceremony.

From my experience attending weddings in the past, I had noticed that the bride and groom are often too busy to spend much time with any one guest. I imagined that a wedding day could seem like a blur of fuzzy memories thanks to all the excitement and confusion. A guest book offers a lasting testament as to who showed up to the wedding and the wishes they impart to the bride and groom.
