Decorating with tulle yardage is one of the easiest and most cost effective ways of decorating. If you want to drape or tent the room this is the way to go. Just measure the walls from ceiling to floor and cut your lengths of tulle about 6 inches longer. Make a pocket at one end for a rod or wire to go thru and you can leave the other edges unfinished as tulle does not ravel and does not need to be finished. You can shir the tulle on the wire as much or as little as you want. It will camoflouge the walls and give an up-scale look to your party.
